However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be granted unless there is a defect or error with the product.

Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect that affects the product's quality, we will be happy to offer an exchange.

Wrong Product: If we have shipped the wrong product, we will offer an exchange for the correct product at no additional cost.

Damaged Product: If the product has been damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange for a new product at no additional cost.
